The Robot Coupe MMP 160 VV 7" mini immersion blender is great for blending soups and pureeing small quantities of fruits and vegetables in your commercial kitchen. Its specially designed for making sauces and emulsions like mayonnaise, hollandaise, or vinaigrettes. Featuring a comfort grip handle design, this mini immersion blender is easy to hold and operate, and a 7" shaft makes it perfect for smaller bowls and pots. Not only that, the shaft, bell, and blades are detachable for easy cleaning.
This unit boasts a 240W, variable speed motor that delivers between 2000 and 12,500 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The variable speed dial provides easy, visual adjustment.
In addition to the cutting blade, this blender includes an emulsifying disc for making hot or cold sauces light and frothy.
The stainless steel blades, bell, and shaft are detachable for optimum sanitation.
