This unit boasts a 290 watt, variable speed motor that delivers between 2,000 and 12,500 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The blender's small size and 9 1/2" stainless steel shaft make it great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending small quantities of delicious soups, sauces, pates, and more in your commercial kitchen!
This blender includes a stainless steel bell, blade, and shaft, as well as an emulsifying disc, all of which may be removed for easy cleaning. The Robot Coupe MMP 24 0VV mini requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
