This unit boasts a 270 watt, variable speed motor that delivers between 2,000 and 12,500 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The blender's small size and 8" stainless steel shaft make it great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending small quantities of delicious soups, sauces, pates, and more in your commercial kitchen!
It also includes a stainless steel bell, blade, and shaft, as well as an emulsifying disc, all of which may be removed for easy cleaning!
