Return Policy

At Williams Food Equipment, our main priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction. That means if something is wrong with your order or if you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know and we'll try to make it right. If you need to return your purchase contact us to arrange for a return.

Return Terms & Conditions

  1. All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full credit or exchange.
  2. Products and components must not show signs of use, abuse or misuse. That means the product has not been modified in any way or be dirty, cracked, dented scratched, cut or damaged; otherwise can be subject to a re-stocking fee or will be returned to you.
  3. Commercial / Restaurant Equipment may not be eligible for a return or maybe subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee. This is dependent on the manufacturer's policy and is outside the control of Williams Food Equipment. Williams Food Equipment will contact the manufacturer and confirm their return policy before authorizing a return. 
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error. For additional information, email us at

For prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise follow these steps

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department by email at to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Be sure to write the RA number clearly on all packages being returned. If the RA number is not clearly written on your package, the shipment will be not be accepted.
  3. Include a short explanation of why you are returning the item and a copy of the invoice in the package so that we can properly refund your order. All returns will be credited in the same manner as you paid.
  4. No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused (as described above).
  5. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and it is recommended to insure your shipment for the current value of the product.


Returning merchandise: 

If you wish to return any unused merchandise by mail, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Complete the following steps to return an item by mail:

  • Follow the steps above and contact us to attain a RA#.
  • Repackage the items in their original packaging and include the invoice in the package.
  • Return the package using a delivery service of your choice and please hold on to your tracking number for your records. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment if using a delivery service. All parcels must be sent back in protective packaging unless originally sent without.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns in Store

Williams Food Equipment accepts returns in store on all regularly stocked items that are unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

Received merchandise in error or received damaged merchandise:

We strive to maintain a high level of accuracy in our shipments and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you have received an item in error or find that it's damaged, please contact customer service at 1-888-334-3233. They will guide you through the process of pre-authorizing the return at our expense and the step-by-step guide is also provided below:

  • Repackage the items in their original packaging and include the invoice in the package.
  • Affix the pre-paid label that is sent to you after you call our customer service centre so that it covers the original label on your return package.
  • Drop off your package at any Canada Post location.

Returning an item. When will I receive the credit? 

You will receive an email notification when your return is processed and any refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Credits to your Paypal can take up to 2-5 business days to appear on your statement of account after we have received the item(s) you've returned. If you used a major credit card (Visa, MC or Amex), the refund can take 2-10 business days to appear on your statement of account.
