This unit boasts a 270 watt, variable speed motor that delivers between 2,000 and 12,500 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The blender's small size is perfect for kitchens where space is at a premium, and the included 8" shaft and 7" whisk attachments are great for blending small quantities of soups, sauces, pates, batter, eggs, and more! This blender includes a stainless steel bell, blade, and shaft, as well as an emulsifying disc and whisk, all of which may be removed for easy cleaning. The Robot Coupe MMP 190 V.V. Combi mini requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
