Versatile and very easy to use - We wanted to get rid of our non sticks and enamelled cast iron pans for health reasons and decided to go with Lodge. Been very happy with this decision. It works very very well. The heat absorption and distribution is very good. And while we bought it to make crepe's, reheat naan etc, and it is a griddle, we have been using it for making eggs, and even grilling veggies, and sometimes shallow frying. It is very versatile and not that hard to clean. The only downside is the weight - it is very heavy, but we leave it on the stove so its not too much of a problem. And food doesnt stick much either, dont know why I ever bought non stick cookware.
