The PR67A-D4 Steelheart Series Pizza prep table is a two-section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food-safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 19.9 cubic feet, this front-breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR67A-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The PR67A-D4 includes 9 polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep pans (can accept 6″ deep pans). The drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 67″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation and includes a seven years compressor warranty / six years parts warranty, five years labour warranty.
