This Garland Induction Unit GI-SH/WO/IN 8000 Built-in Wok has a total rating of 8.0 kW and the drop in mounts flush with the counter. It is built with a robust stainless steel casing with ceran ceramic glass bowl to accept an induction rounded pan. It also features a compact, powerful electronic system for years of reliable service. The overheat sensors help prevent damage if a pan is run dry. The easy-to-operate system is supplied with remote rotary-mounted control.
The unit is designed to be installed into a counter. An integral cooling fan keeps the electronics cool. The unit takes cooling air in from the bottom, and discharges from all sides, top section.
