This SunFire X Series gas restaurant range has one standard size SunFire oven and a storage base. This range is 59-1/16" (1500mm) wide with a 27" (686mm) deep work top surface and features a stainless steel front, sides and 4" (102mm) wide front rail. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are perfect for those uneven floors. There are six robust 2-piece 26,000 BTU/Hr / 7.61 kW, cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates on the left and a raised 24" griddle on the right. The raised griddle/broiler has cast iron burners each rated at 14,500 BTU/Hr / 4.25kW.
The porcelain oven bottom and door liner has two position fixed rack guides with one oven rack. The heavy duty oven door has a "keep cool" door handle. Straight steel tube oven burner 29,000 BTU/Hr / 8.5 kW provides quality baking and good recovery time. The oven thermostat ranges from low to 500° F (260° C).
