The spacious mega top accommodates eighteen 1/6-size, 4" deep polycarbonate pans and features removable stainless steel hoods that help maintain safe product temperatures during service. Enhanced airflow keeps ingredients between 36°F and 38°F, even with frequent lid openings. A 10" deep white polyethylene cutting board provides ample prep space and can be easily removed for cleaning. Below, self-closing doors with a 120° stay-open feature improve workflow, while snap-in magnetic gaskets create a tight seal to preserve cold air.
Powered by an environmentally friendly R290 refrigeration system, the SPE48HC-18M meets CARB, SNAP, and DOE requirements while delivering efficient, consistent cooling.
