Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, doors, and grille, along with a galvanized back and bottom, the cabinet is designed for durability and easy cleaning. The interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum to promote sanitation and long-term performance. The mega top configuration features a see-thru lid and holds eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, providing generous ingredient storage with clear product visibility for quick identification and faster service.

Enhanced airflow technology ensures that products in open containers remain safely below 41°F and above freezing, while the cabinet consistently maintains internal temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. Full electronic controls allow precise temperature management, and adaptive defrost combined with an epoxy-coated evaporator coil enhances efficiency and reliability. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets CARB, SNAP, DOE, and other regulatory requirements.

Two self-closing solid doors feature cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay-open function for convenient loading and unloading.
