The RBS-162-SA-HC delivers both soft and hard blast chilling and shock freezing cycles, controlled by time or core temperature probe. It can chill products from 194°F to 37°F in 90 minutes or shock freeze from 194°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. A high-precision heated multi-sensor core probe comes standard, with automatic recognition and a dedicated heater button for accurate readings. The evaporator is fitted with a high-flow fan for maximum cooling efficiency, and indirect airflow protects product quality by ensuring even temperature reduction.

An advanced control system features an LCD illuminated temperature display, multi-point sensor temperature display button, HACCP alarm display button, pre-cooling cycle button, adjustable evaporator fan speed control, timed manual defrost button, and real-time clock. The onboard recipe book includes 68 preset programs, with 99 additional memory positions for customized applications. Infinity mode allows adjustable set points for specialized processes, and the unit automatically enters conservation mode at the end of each cycle. A USB data recorder supports temperature logging and compliance documentation.
