Stainless steel feet provide stability and durability.

This blast chiller offers both soft and hard blast chilling and shock freezing cycles, controlled by time or core temperature probe. It rapidly chills products from 194°F to 37°F in 90 minutes or shock freezes from 194°F to 0°F in 240 minutes, helping preserve food quality, texture, and safety while meeting HACCP guidelines. The unit includes one high-precision heated multi-sensor probe with automatic recognition and a dedicated core probe heater button for accurate readings.

Advanced controls make operation intuitive and flexible. Features include an LCD illuminated temperature display, multi-point sensor temperature display button, HACCP alarm display button, pre-cooling cycle button, adjustable evaporator fan speed control, timed manual defrost button, and real-time clock. The onboard recipe book includes 68 preset programs, with 99 free memory positions for customized programs. Infinity mode allows adjustable set points for specialized applications, and the unit automatically enters conservation mode at the end of each cycle. A USB data recorder/interface supports temperature logging and compliance documentation.

Performance is enhanced by an evaporator fitted with a high-flow fan for maximum cooling efficiency, while indirect airflow ensures even temperature reduction without compromising product quality. The self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to comply with environmental standards. Manual defrosting with the door open on a timed cycle adds further operational flexibility.
