Cutting board for bread, beautifully designed by Wüsthof. The crumbs fall through the bars, into the stainless steel crumb tray. This is very practical, because your kitchen or dining table remains crumb-free. The tray has openings in the corners, through which you easily empty the tray above the bin.
The beech wood has been heat treated and rubbed with oil to maintain the dark color. Also, this causes the board to be relatively insensitive to stretching and shrinkage.
