Use the Winco AXS-40C Aluminum Cover for AXS-40, AXBZ-15, AXAP-26 to provide a tight seal when cooking stocks, stews, and sauces. With a 15" diameter, it will also fit numerous other braziers, saute pans and fry pans for the ultimate in versatility.
This snug-fitting cover is designed with a raised lip to seal in heat and moisture while its riveted handle provides a secure grip even when wearing oven mitts. Thanks to its 4.0 mm thick aluminum construction, this NSF approved stock pot lid is easy to clean and will endure heavy duty use.
