Consumers are demanding better quality ingredients with ‘better-for-me’ attributes, but using fresh produce is challenging in QSR restaurants. Fresh ingredients require an atmosphere-controlled environment to maintain quality and extend shelf life. Silver King cold holding mobile units provide the perfect holding environment for any fresh produce.

Cold Wall Refrigeration System - Optimized temperature control thanks to the cold wall refrigeration.

High-Strength, Full-Extension Drawers - Premium slide and framework construction promotes lateral stability while offering high dynamic load capacities and a stay-shut feature.

Drawer Capacity - Each drawer accommodates one (1) full-size 12" W x 20" H x 6" D hotel pan — additional adapters are available for fractional pans.

Mobility - 3" heavy-duty soft casters plus a sleek design allow for easy movement around the kitchen.

Stainless Steel Exterior - Galvanized back and bottom to reduce the risk of corrosion.

Easy to Clean - Stainless steel interior, coved corners, finished edges, and easy lift-out drawers.

Long-Lasting, Removable Gaskets - Santoprene gasket last four times longer than standard gaskets.
