
To use, simply insert the tip into the oyster’s hinge until set, then turn the handle slightly to pop the hinge. After popping, use the knife to scrape the oyster’s adducter muscle from the top of the shell, clean any grit out of the oyster with the tip of the knife, and serve. Textured, pistol-grip handle provides a secure, comfortable grip, and the knife cleans up easily in the dishwasher.
