This unit boasts a 1 HP motor with variable speeds between 3,000 and 10,000 RPM that gives you optimum control over your blending. Plus, the 14" shaft is great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending to make delicious soups, sauces, pates, and more in your commercial kitchen. Also, replacing the power cord if it becomes worn or frayed isn't a problem because it was engineered to easily detach from the unit.
The stainless steel bell and blade assembly easily disassemble for cleaning, while gears are housed in an all metal gear box for longevity. For comfort, an ergonomic handle reduces fatigue during use, while a locking button enables continuous operation during large jobs. The Robot Coupe MP350 VV requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
