The Merrychef eikon e2s has a ground-breaking largest cavity (12” x 12”) to smallest oven width (14”) ratio. The easyTouch icon-driven touchscreen ensures high quality, repeatable results, even for untrained staff, making it ideal for cafes, bars, convenience stores and quick service outlets.
The finely tuned combination of three heating technologies: convection, tuned impingement and microwave makes the heat level consistent ensuring even, high quality, repeatable results. This high powered unit cooks up to 20x faster with a 2000W microwave, 2200W convection and tuned impingement.
Icon driven, colour touch screen control panel has the capability of storing up to 1,024 multi-stage cooking profiles. Each cooking profile offers up to six (6) stages with programmable cooking times, microwave power settings and user instructions for each stage. Self diagnostics capability monitors components. Easily update menu or data transfer via USB memory stick.
Includes flat cook plate, guarded hand paddle with supporting side walls, solid base full-size basket, cool down pan and two cook plate liners.
