The Zenker Layer The slicing mold fits cakes of 10 inch to 11 inch in diameter and slices up to 8 layers. Kit includes adjustable slicing mold, 12 inch baker's knife and 11 inch cake lifter. Snap mold around cake and use slots as guide for baker's knife to slice even layers. Pair it with an extra-deep springform for up to 8 layers or a standard one for up to 4 layers.
