The 9" round plate burners provide maximum pan contact for even heat distribution and are controlled by infinite switches for precise temperature adjustment. Tubular heating elements ensure consistent performance, while the polished plate surface allows for easy cleaning.

The integrated 12" griddle offers a smooth, reliable cooking surface—perfect for breakfast items, sandwiches, and more. Below, the oven features an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a wide temperature range from 150°F to 550°F (66°C to 288°C), delivering accurate and consistent baking results.

Designed for convenience and maintenance, the oven interior is porcelain-coated with removable, three-position rack guides and includes one oven rack. A full-width pull-out stainless steel crumb tray makes cleanup quick and simple, while the cool-touch oven door handle enhances operator safety.

Constructed in stainless steel, including the front, exterior, riser, and lift-off high shelf with a 10" backsplash, this unit is built to withstand heavy commercial use while maintaining a professional appearance. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs ensure stability on any surface.
