Dry Ager - Full Shelf for UX 1500 & 1550 Dry Aging Cabinets - DUS020 Products Description
The Full Shelf allows you to place pieces of meat, cuts or other foods at any desired height in the DRYAGER. The grid structure also allows air to circulate on the base of the meat and the product ages under optimal conditions. By resting on the grid, pressure points can occur on the meat, but these are not a problem. Thanks to the adapted dimensions, the entire depth of the DRYAGER can be used efficiently.
The shelf can be inserted at any possible position in the DRYAGER and can be loaded up to 88 lb per shelf. Maximum of 5 Shelves for a practical division in the DRYAGER.
