An ingenious 2-in-1 solution. Depending on your requirements, there are two ways of using this stainless steel Charcuterie Shelf. Simply by inverting the shelf, the refined grid shape can be used for different types of sausage and ham. This is the ideal way to hang strings of sausage and hams, as well as pairs of sausage.
A) 'Attachment lugs' pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simply be hung over each lug.
B) 'Attachment lugs' pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs of sausage in the 'notch'.
