Viper is a complete slicer designed to combine the complexity of cutting with easy and safe use. Its special stainless steel V-shaped cutlery blade slices perfectly. It is ideal for cutting any sort of fruit and vegetable, including the most delicate and soft ones. It is unique, it even dices tomatoes!

Storage box consists of:

1. x1 adjustable plate for cutting slices with a thickness of 1 to 8 mm. Possible cuts: slices, round slices, Julienne cuts (4 and 10 mm), cubes and lozenges. Possible to make tomato slices or cubes.
2. x2 Julienne blade plates: 4 mm & 10 mm.

Care: Wash frame and Julienne plates by hand. The slice cutting plate can go in the dishwasher.
