The SteamCraft Ultra Series Pressureless Convection Steamer features a large, heavy duty Atmospheric Steam Generator for durability and high production steam output. No steamer produces a higher quality food product.
The unique SteamCraft Ultra 10...the next evolutionary step in the history of Cleveland's Convection Steamers. The Ultra 10 offers increased compartment capacities, higher performance capabilities, heavy duty construction, “keep it simple” designing, reliability, greatly reduced excess kitchen heat, with an affordable price tag. The new compartment design will accommodate five 2.5” (65mm) full size steam table pans (1/1GN) per compartment, for a total of TEN pans.
Compartment doors are hinged on the left and controls are on the right. Durable 14 Gauge, 304 Stainless Steel construction for compartment door, cooking cavity and steam generator. Exclusive "Cool to the Touch" Two-Piece Compartment Door Design: Free floating inner door with reversible gasket provides an air tight seal. Exclusive Steam Cooking Distribution System: Exclusive Brass Steam Jets produce a high velocity convection steam without fans. Automatic Generator Drain: Contains a "Water Jet" Spray Rinse Drain Cleaning Cycle to keep drain clear.
Two 60 Minute Electro-Mechanical Timer and Switches for manual operation. Audible signal for cooking time completion. (MCS)
Main Power On/Off Switch: Automatically fills generator with water, and then starts heating elements in generator.
Each compartment has cooking capacity for up to five 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep Cafeteria Pans.

Exclusive Automatic Probe for Water Level Control: Separate from the generator for easy access, contains a high velocity rinse cycle to eliminate mineral build up.
Each steam-cooking compartment is independently operated and controlled by a separate stainless steel steam generator, gas valve, Power On/Off Control Levers and a Exclusive, Remote Probe-Type Water Level Control.
Easy Access Generator Cleaning Port: Two Generator Cleaning Ports located on the outside, top of the unit.
Light for each compartment warns the operator to delime generator.
