INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
Protein:
This cooking method is a super quick and easy way to whip up everyone’s favorite dog!
1). Choose the hot dog, frankfurter, sausage, or bratwurst (can be cooked or uncooked) of your liking.
2). Slow boil all ingredients in a good quality Guinness beer in an All-Clad 6QT Stainless Stock Pot with Lid. Beer really adds a nice flavor and juiciness to sausages of all varieties.
- If using raw sausage, slow boil until thoroughly cooked. About 1 hour. Do not puncture the casing to check if sausage is done, as all of the juices will flow out causing a dry sausage.
