A quick and easy recipe to prove your knife skills a fish recipe.  We use Haddock in this one, but practice with your Shun knives on any fish (or protein you wish).

LEMON, HERB, AND ONION BAKED HADDOCK

Ingredients

One Pound Haddock or Favorite Fish (Skinned with a Shun)

2 Tablespoons Each: Chopped dill & onion, and melted butter

S&P to taste

Lemon (cut into slices using a Shun)

Directions

1) Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F

2) Place aluminum foil on baking sheet

3) Combine butter & onion

4) Place fish on foil. Cover with butter n’ onions along with some S&P

5) Bake for about 10 minutes until flakey

6) Serve with chopped dill & lemon slices

SUPER EASY!
