Italian Meatball & Spaghetti Dinner
Ingredients:
2 ½ pounds 80/20 ground beef
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 small eggs (whipped)
1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan Reggiano
4 small garlic cloves (pressed)
½ teaspoon each: dried rosemary, thyme, Italian oregano
S&P to taste
1 1lb bag of spaghetti
1 jar (if in a hurry) or homemade (best bet!) of Arrabbiata sauce
Frozen box of Italian cheesy garlic bread (if in a hurry) or homemade (best bet again!)
Directions:
A super easy recipe! Mix everything together(lightly and gently) from the beef down to the salt and pepper in the above recipe in a
TableCraft 5Qt Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl. Using a
Zwilling Pro Ice Cream Scoop( greased with e.v.o.o), shape uniform meatballs. Place on an All-Clad D3 Stainless Ovenware 14” x 17” Roasting sheet (lightly greased with e.v.o.o). Bake for 11 minutes at 425 degrees F. Add meatballs to Arrabbiata sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Place meatballs over cooked spaghetti and serve with bread.
