A Western omelet over-looking the woods at the cabin can't be beat![/caption] AN OUTSIDE OMELET Ingredients 2 extra large eggs/ per person 1 teaspoon half & half/ per person 1/8 of a teaspoon salt and pepper/ per person Butter or grease for the platter. Any and all fillings you and your group wish to add! Directions Whip all ingredients together with an OXO Good Grips Egg Beater.  Melt a pat of butter, or a little grease from the bacon on to the Jumbo Chef’s Platter over the stove top, BBQ, or coals.  Spread the eggs over medium heat.  Cook until able to flip, yet wet still.  At this point, add cheese and other ingredients (crumbled or diced) to one side of the eggs.  Carefully flip the other side over the filling.  Turn off all heat.  Place a lid over the pan and allow to rest for 1 minute.  Serve.
