When making my Bring It Home Baby Back Ribs, I like trying different BBQ sauce recipes.  I tend to go towards sweet and spicy, but not too spicy that you can’t feel your tongue or enjoy the flavor of the ribs.  I love using different bourbons in my sauces as the bourbon flavors are subtle and it gives a lively spirit to the ribs!
