With two independently configurable sections and a generous 45.2 cu. ft. interior, this unit can be converted from refrigerator to freezer as menus and storage requirements change. The wide temperature range of -15°F to 40°F allows you to hold everything from frozen product to fresh ingredients with confidence.
Two solid swing doors provide quick inventory checks without opening the entire cabinet, helping reduce temperature fluctuations and improve workflow during busy shifts. The stainless steel front and durable coil-coated sides stand up to heavy commercial use, while the corrosion-resistant aluminum interior makes cleaning simple.
