The Atmovac SR23 Single Integrated Sous-Vide Bath delivers precise temperature control, excellent stability, and reliable performance for professional low-temperature cooking applications. Designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations, and culinary professionals, this integrated bath ensures consistent cooking results while preserving flavor, texture, and nutritional value.

Constructed with seamless high-quality stainless steel, the SR23 is built for durability, sanitation, and easy cleaning in demanding foodservice environments. Its compact, space-saving design features recessed side handles for convenient portability and positioning.

The easy-to-read LED display provides clear monitoring of temperature and cooking time, while precision temperature control maintains accuracy up to ±0.3°C/°F for dependable results. Users can pre-program up to five recipes for fast, repeatable cooking operations.

The integrated drain valve simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while energy-saving functionality helps reduce power consumption once the desired temperature is reached. The display can be set to either °C or °F for user convenience, and a fitted lid is included to help maintain stable cooking temperatures.

Designed with safety in mind, the protected heating element is positioned beneath the inner tray to provide shock resistance and enhanced durability. A removable perforated tray prevents food from coming into direct contact with the heating element. Built-in auto shut-off protection helps prevent dry-run and overheating conditions, while alarm and fault indicators provide clear operational alerts.

Compatible with GN2/3 containers, the SR23 offers a maximum capacity of 5 gallons (19L) and operates within a temperature range of 84°F to 210°F (29°C to 99°C). NSF, ETL, and cETLus certified, the unit is backed by a 1-year warranty for dependable commercial performance.
