With the Ankarsrum Grain Mill, you can enjoy freshly ground, aromatic ingredients that elevate your baking, cooking and beverages. Attach the mill to your Ankarsrum Assistent Original and grind grains, coffee beans, or dried herbs to your exact specifications.
The versatile design allows you to adjust the grind from coarse to fine (0.25 – 0.45mm) by turning the control knob counterclockwise for coarse grind and clockwise for fine grind. This makes it easy to tailor the grind to your favourite recipes, whether baking bread or brewing coffee. The hopper holds up to 1.25 kg of unground ingredients at a time.
