Easily Five Stars - I do love this knife! I like everything about it. I have average sized hands, and this knife fits me perfectly. The handle is good, the weight is nice, and the balance is perfect. And sharp! OMG is it sharp. I laid the blade on a tomato, pulled it back, and it sliced right thru the tomato with only the weight of the knife. I applied no pressure. Easily a five star product.

A dream knife - I wanted this knife for years. I love it. Right out of the box it felt great! Well balance, and the handle weight is perfect. Sharp edge. I mean really sharp. I could not wait to use it, so I grabbed an onion and it slid thru like a dream.
