All rechargeable batteries are subject to wear and end of life when used over time. The life of our batteries is generally 450 charges. This may be reduced by certain factors:

• Incorrect charging mode (the lamp must be charged when battery is low: about 10% battery life)
• When lamp is unused for a long period of time
• When lamp is on live charging base after lamp is fully charged
• When lamps are exposed to very high or very low temperatures

These rules apply when using original or replacement Zafferano battery packs. Only use genuine Zafferano replacement battery packs. The use of any other rechargeable batteries voids the warranty. When the lamps no longer hold a charge, the batteries must be replaced. Replacement batteries can be ordered by their specific item number on the adjoining page.
