The exacting capacity means that once the first cup is poured, the remaining water level drops below the level of the tea leaves in the infuser and hence avoids over brewing. The William Edwards range of Bone China is produced to the highest standards, with a bone ash content of 47%, making it extremely durable and giving each piece a bright and luxurious colour.
