Wells drop-in waterless hot food wells are designed to efficiently hold heated foods at safe serving temperatures with no need for water or drains. Each dry well is designed to hold one standard full-size steam table pan up to six inches deep or equivalent fractional pans.

Wells MDW waterless dry food wells are constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant type 430 stainless steel body. The units include factory-attached infinite controls for each individual well. All units come setup to hard-wire. The units are insulated on front, back, sides, and bottom. Units are designed to be top-mounted.
