Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, this charbroiler is built for long-term use and easy maintenance. It stands at a 13-inch cooking height on adjustable 4-inch legs, making it ideal for countertop installation in a variety of kitchen setups.
Each 5¼-inch wide cast iron grate is reversible, offering the flexibility to broil at either a level or inclined angle depending on the product and desired results. Heavy-duty cast iron char-radiants distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface and deliver excellent heat retention for consistent broiling.
Underneath each broiler grate is a 14,500 BTU/hr cast iron burner, each paired with an infinite heat control valve for precise temperature management. The standing pilot ignition system ensures easy startup, while the underburner deflector system efficiently reflects heat upward—creating a cooler zone in the grease drawer and drip areas to improve safety and reduce flare-ups.
Additional features include full-width front grease drawers for quick and easy cleaning, a ¾-inch rear gas connection. The unit is CSA design certified, NSF listed, and backed by a one-year limited parts and labour warranty.
