    Kitchen work horse. - This paring knife is cheap to buy, but super value for the money! The handle fits the hand (not bulky), great plain blade kitchen work horse, stays sharp, and easy to sharpen when needed. This knife is a real tool. I highly recommend it. I bought 2 of each (plain blade and serrated).
