The Unox Rosella Bakerlux Convection Oven is a professional baking solution designed specifically for breakfast items, pastries, and frozen bakery products. Equipped with a 2.4" touch digital control panel, the Rosella allows users to store up to 99 customizable cooking programs, each with images and names for easy identification at the point of use. With support for up to 9 cooking steps per program, operators can achieve precise, repeatable results with minimal effort.

The oven offers a temperature range of 30°C to 260°C, along with adjustable humidity settings and two programmable fan speeds, ensuring optimal control for a wide variety of baked goods.

Built for durability and hygiene, the oven features a high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber with rounded edges, triple-glass door construction, and LED door lighting for clear visibility. The automatic fan guard cleaning system and ROTOR.Klean self-cleaning technology simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.

Additional professional features include anti-tip tray supports, integrated drip collection in the door (functional even when open), and a built-in DET&Rinse detergent system. Wi-Fi and USB connectivity allow HACCP data tracking and program transfer for streamlined kitchen management.
