The ventless hood eliminates the need for ducted hoods and attaches directly to the top of the oven. The unit shall have all stainless steel construction, include 3 stage filtration and incorporate a condensing heat exchanger. The ventless hood features an automatic 2 speed extraction fan with interlocked oven operation.
