The electric skillet CPK-D13U from Tiger comes with 2 types of pans (deep pan and BBQ plate) for a range of cooking styles. The 2.4″ deep pan and the 1.1″ BBQ plate with a non-stick fluoropolymer coating allow far-infrared heat conduction for preparing an array of dishes. The adjustable thermostat which can heat up to 446°F (230°C) makes it easy to maintain the proper cooking temperature. The tempered glass lid that accompanies the model helps keep the grilled food warm and avoid messy residues splattering onto the surface it sits on.
The pans can easily be removed for cleaning and storage purposes.
