This charbroiler is equipped with powerful cast iron burners delivering 20,000 BTU per 6" section, with independent control for each zone to provide maximum cooking flexibility. Each 6" section of the grate can be adjusted individually to a flat or inclined position, allowing operators to control grease flow and cooking style based on menu requirements.
