Built for durability and daily commercial use, the griddle features a heavy-duty stainless steel front with double-wall aluminized steel side panels for strength and heat efficiency. A 28,300 BTU aluminized steel burner per 12" of width ensures reliable, even heating across the cooking surface. The stainless steel bull nose front protects the thermostat knobs while providing a comfortable, cool-to-the-touch working area for operators.
Designed with ease of maintenance in mind, the unit includes a 3-1/4" wide front grease trough with grease chute and a large 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer for efficient cleanup.
