This vegetable processing machine features two hoppers for processing all types of foods. The large full-moon hopper is big enough to accommodate an entire head of lettuce at one time. A second round hopper will take long vegetables like carrots or delicate vegetables like tomatoes.

A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and 3mm (1/8") grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, and dice.

With 2 push button controls, operating this food processor couldn't be any easier! Simply press the green "on" button to get the 2.5 HP motor running at 425 RPM and press the red "off" button when the job's done.

The Robot Coupe CL 55 pusher processor requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. The machine's motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection.
