This food processor includes a continuous feed design that's well-suited to processing bulk batches of a particular ingredient. Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and you can get right to work. For versatility, use the batch bowl when you need smaller batches of ingredients.
The continuous feed attachment features two separate hoppers for different types of ingredients. For big, bulky items like cabbage or tomatoes, use the large kidney-shaped hopper. Use the cylindrical hopper for long or delicate vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and mushrooms.
Swap out the continuous feed attachment for the 5.9L brushed stainless steel cutter bowl to process up to 7 lbs. of ingredients per batch. The bowl features a handle and leak proof, see-through lid that enables you to securely process food while keeping an eye on the progress.
This machine's powerful 1.2 hp motor is operated by power buttons and a speed selector, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The simple controls make it easy for anyone in your kitchen to prepare fresh, pureed ingredients for your customers' favourite dishes.
A 1/8" grating disc and 1/8" slicing disc are included so you can start processing right away, though a range of other discs are available for countless other processing options.
Fantastic for a variety of processing tasks, the "S" blade that comes with the bowl assembly allows you to emulsify, mix ingredients, and chop to a coarse texture.
The Robot Coupe R502 combination cutter requires a 208/240V, 3 Phase electrical connection for operation. For additional protection, a magnetic safety system is built into the unit.
