This machine's powerful 4.5 HP, three phase motor is operated by power buttons and a speed selector, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The included adjustable, stainless steel smooth edge 3 blade assembly quickly processes an array of foods, while the included bowl scraper assembly ensures that every bit is processed and used!
The Robot Coupe Blixer 15 requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. For safety, a motor brake and magnetic safety system are built into the unit.
