The Progressive Prepworks BMA-50 Multi-Purpose Silicone Mat can be used as a baking, roasting, and or cooling mat, or as a trivet, drying, freezing mat and more. The ribbed design is meant for air circulation and crisping when baking or roasting. It also allows for grease to drain, so food does not sit in the grease and can be also used as a non-skid layer under cutting boards. It is designed to fit a half sheet baking pan.
