This compact manual pepper mill from the Paris collection is equipped with an ingenious grinding adjustment system, called u’Select. Located at the base of the mill, it allows you to select the precise pepper size required. When set to 1 the grinding will be very fine, but when set to 6 you will obtain much coarser grinding. The silhouette of this mill made of wood, a Peugeot emblem, is topped with an elegant golden knob. Like a jewel on the head of the mill, it adds a very special touch.

Traditional mills use an inconsistent method of adjusting coarseness by loosening and tightening the knob on top, not only does this make getting the same coarsness difficult it can also make the mill underperform by over tightening or loosening the grinder. Peugeot's patented U'Seclect feature allows you to easily adjust the coarseness of your grind by easily turning the base to your desired coarseness. Not only does this make adjusting your grind size easier but with a minimum of 6 predefined grind levels you will easily be able to find the grind size you desire time and time again.
