This unit's 13" stainless steel wok attachment makes stir frying quick and easy and is designed to accommodate the largest woks. It's stainless steel construction makes it ideal for use in a commercial establishment where it can withstand the rigours of everyday cooking. The unit is easy to clean and maintain. It has a conveniently accessible drip pan to collect excess and spilt oil.
